Outstanding Holiday Service Experience During the busy holiday season, Automotive Care in Ronkonkoma truly went above and beyond with the service on my 2010 Ford F-150. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was the only customer in the shop. Mary, Brian, and Ed took exceptional care of my concerns and treated my truck as if it were their own. They thoroughly addressed my four-wheel-drive issue, resolved an electrical problem, and completed my inspection with clear explanations every step of the way. Nothing was rushed, nothing was glossed over everything was explained in a way that gave me complete confidence in the work being done. What stood out most was the level of personal attention and professionalism. They listened carefully, explained the problems clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. That kind of service is rare, especially this time of year. Thank you to Mary, Brian, and Ed for the outstanding care and for making this such a positive experience.
