Every time we go they treat us fairly. We met them when the ford dealer told us right after our warranty was over that we needed some very expensive work. They told us we didn't need it at all. They also always offer us different options to consider when quoting work. My son lives in Worcester Mass and waits until he comes home to have his maintenance done.
