I am from out of state, and my car experienced issues on the way to Long Island. This place came recommended from someone I knew, who had heard of their work. They gave thorough and clear explanations of the issues with my vehicle, why there was a problem, and what might be needed to prevent it from happening again. When discussing charges, the staff expressed what was essential to fix right at that moment, and what could wait a month or so. They were honest and hardworking. After reviewing their detailed notes about my car, the service needed, and our discussions, my family and I decided to fix my car in New York fully (with all repairs), as this was such a great place to work with. The electronic form for my bill and description of services was outstanding and made it easy for my family back home to assess what we wanted to do, how much things were, etc. I have no concerns that my car will have this issue again. The staff were flexible, friendly, and understanding- gave me time to discuss my decision with my family before fixing. I have never experienced service that left me as pleased and confident. My car will live a long and happy life due to their help!
