AS always, it was an amzing experience. Mary and Brian were super kind, curtious and profesional. Love actually going there, and I'm always super nervous leaving my car with anybody. Honestly I trust them more than I do BMW for my car, they acatully take better care of the vehicales. And the sercie tech's are also awesome, super nice and take great care in working on the vehicles. I have nothing negative to say on any level. Even the parking lot is super clean and organized well. They are all great people to work with and a pleasure to deal with profesionally.

5 Stars - great experience. I received a very honest diagnosis for my car, which I appreciate very much. Mary explained everything so thoroughly that it made my decision to fix/not fix so much easier. I never get that level of feedback from the dealer service department. Everything was hassle free, from drop-off to pickup. I highly recommend this shop.
