I've always had pleasant dealings with this repair shop. Been doing business there for 10+ years but always leased new vehicles, so it was mainly oil changes and inspection. I took my mothers car in for service as "check engine" light was on. They fixed car same day but as a senior citizen myself always having to watch my costs, I was very disappointed in charges incurred. I was charged $140 for diagnosis than the part that was retailed at $149 was marked up to $245, plus labor charges bill was $500. Due to long term relationship I never comparison shopped but later found out many shops charge nothing or $75 for diagnosis, and a $95-$100 mark up for part seemed high. Unfortunately I'll have to find a new shop especially now that I'm no longer leasing new cars, and will need service more frequently now
