Very professional and thorough. When my car work was complete I received a full verbal and visual explanation without even asking. Prices and procedures including approximate time the work would take were made very clear before I left my vehicle there to be worked on. My vehicle was ready 15 minutes earlyier than expected. I am extremely pleased with the service.

Had issue with battery. Called to schedule service & was told by Mary that they could get me in that afternoon. They verified that a new battery was actually required & took care of the issue. Mary also said that they would perform the oil change that I had earlier scheduled for a week later. They saved me a return trip and my time.
